Once your home is ready and professional photos and video are complete, I launch your customized marketing plan.
This includes crafting your listing description, preparing online content, blog features where appropriate, and social media exposure. In many cases, you’ll see strong showing activity within the first few days on market.
This early period is critical. I gather feedback from every showing and monitor buyer response closely. If adjustments are needed in presentation, accessibility, or positioning, we make them quickly and strategically.
